The Route: round trip.
Departure and arrival: Lido delle Sirene, Amalfi.

The Tour.

Once we have put on our lifejackets and adjusted the footrests on our kayaks, we will be ready to set off in a westerly direction towards Positano.

We will paddle past Amalfi's finest beaches, passing beneath natural rock arches and going into sea caves.

We will be stopping at beaches reachable only by sea, where we will stop for snorkelling or a swim in crystal-clear water.

We shall be paddling past the seaside village of Conca dei Marini and once we are round Capo di Conca, we will reach the Furore Fjord where we halt for a tour on foot.

Continuing by kayak, we shall explore huge sea caves and admire the old watch towers that dot the entire length of this coast.

We then round Capo Sottile and continue paddling until we reach Positano. We shall be able to admire the vegetation which reaches right down to sea level, the stratified rock formations, the rock gardens and natural arches under which we glide in our noiseless kayaks.

We go past Positano's beaches and then disembark at Positano's sea harbour (Marina Grande). We shall have our packed lunch and then visit the town on foot.

On our way back to Lido delle Sirene we shall stop at the beaches that we skipped on the way out, thus concluding an intense day at sea.
