Amalfi Coast Sea Kayak is based at the Lido delle Sirene, Piazzale dei Protontini 4, Amalfi (Salerno province)

The services offered by the Lido delle Sirene include an excellent restaurant as well as beach beds, deckchairs and beach umbrellas.

Departures from other locations on the Amalfi Coast or from the Cilento Coast may be organised by prior arrangement.

Facilities at the Amalfi Coast Sea Kayak base at the Lido delle Sirene include changing rooms, showers and safe storage for personal belongings.

How to reach us:

From Amalfi’s main square, Piazza Flavio Gioia, take the Lungomare dei Cavalieri towards the port (on the right as you face the sea) and go as far as Piazzale dei Protontini. A short climb up on your right will take you to the Lido delle Sirene. It takes about ten minutes on foot from the Piazza to the Lido.

How to get to Amalfi:

The nearest international airport is Naples Capodichino www.gesac.it. From Naples, Amalfi can be reached by car, train, bus, or boat.

By car: take the A3 Naples-Salerno highway (motorway) and exit at Castellamare di Stabia. Continue along the SS “Sorrentina” State highway no. 145 as far as Meta and then take the SS 163 “Amalfitana” highway.

By train: either on the main line from Naples to Salerno www.trenitalia.it or on the “Circumvesuviana” line from Naples to Sorrento, and then continue by SITA coach www.sita-on-line.it. The Circumvesuviana trains leave from nearby the Napoli Centrale main line station.

By sea: take the “Metrò del Mare”; see www.metrodelmare.com.

Parking:

There is a car park along the outer sea wall of the port adjacent to the Lido delle Sirene. It is generally possible to park along the entire length of the Lungomare dei Cavalieri.

Since parking charges are relatively high at € 3.00 per hour, we recommend that you come on public transport.
